Information to data subjects pursuant to the Personal Data Act

RAM Nordic AB is the data controller for the personal data you provide to us.

We process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining contact with our customers and suppliers. We also need to process your personal data in order to fulfill legal obligations arising from, for example, accounting legislation, etc.

The data may also be used for the purpose of developing and analyzing our business on the basis of our legitimate interest in marketing, documenting, and developing our business and communicating with our contacts.

We will not disclose personal data to third parties except in cases where (i) it has been specifically agreed between us and you, (ii) it is necessary for us to fulfill a legal obligation or comply with a decision by a public authority or court, or (iii) we engage third-party service providers who perform tasks on our behalf.

Your personal data will be stored for as long as it is necessary for us to fulfill our obligations. We also retain personal data in accordance with our legal obligations for a period of seven years from the date of accounting, or for a longer period if required by the nature of the case. Data processed for the purpose of documenting, developing, and analyzing our business is stored for a period of three years after the last contact.

You have the right to request information from us free of charge about the use of your personal data. At your request or on our own initiative, we will correct or delete any data that is incorrect or restrict the processing of such data. You also have the right to request that your data not be processed for direct marketing purposes. You have the right to receive your personal data in a machine-readable format or, if technically possible, to have the data transferred to a third party of your choice.

If you are dissatisfied with our processing, you can submit a complaint to a supervisory authority, which in Sweden is the Swedish Data Protection Authority (www.datainspektionen.se).
We do not transfer any personal data to third countries, except when traveling to our suppliers. Before any such transfers are made, you will be specifically informed of them.
