Items in stock are normally shipped within 1-3 days.
How do you ship?
Within Sweden, we ship to the nearest DHL Servicepoint or DB Schenker agent. For other countries, we ship with UPS. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays caused by the shipping company.
How do I pay?
G Pay, Klarna, or card. May vary depending on the country you are ordering from.
Shipping
Within Sweden Private persons: Shipping fee SEK 49, regardless of order size.
Within Sweden B2B: Shipping fee SEK 199, regardless of order size.
Other countries: Shipping fee SEK 199, regardless of order size.
We currently sell to customers in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. We cannot accept orders from other countries via our online store.
For B2B, RAM Nordic AB is the distributor of RAM® Mounts in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.
How long is the warranty period?
Lifetime warranty on all mechanical items. Items containing electronic components have a 1-3 year warranty.
Defective parts will be replaced after an approved complaint; replacement or upgrade is not possible. A delivery note is included with the delivery, which serves as a warranty certificate.
The warranty covers parts from RAM® Mounts, not the mounted device or the location where the mount is installed. Always follow your manufacturer's recommendations for your device and where it is to be mounted, e.g. from Apple. (EN / SE) or vehicle manufacturers.

Can I return an item?
You have the right to return undamaged items within 14 days in accordance with the right of withdrawal. However, you must always collect the package from your delivery point. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. We comply with the Consumer Sales Act. Read more; Konsumentverket. A cancellation form can be printed from here and enclosed with the return shipment.
Price errors
In the event of an obvious price error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Force Majeure
We are exempt from liability for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement if the failure is due to exonerating circumstances as described below and if the circumstances prevent, impede, or delay fulfillment. Exempting circumstances shall include, among other things, measures or omissions by public authorities, new or amended legislation, labor market conflicts, blockades, fires, floods, sabotage, major accidents, or other types of natural disasters. Force majeure includes decisions by authorities that negatively affect the market and products, e.g., restrictions on indications, warning texts, sales bans, etc., abnormal market downturns, and if the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects its operations.
Disputes
Any disputes under these terms and conditions shall be settled in accordance with Swedish law.
