How long is the delivery time?
Items in stock are normally shipped within 1–3 business days.
How do you ship?
Within Sweden, we ship to the nearest DHL ServicePoint or DB Schenker agent. For other countries, we ship with UPS.
We do not take financial responsibility for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
How do I pay?
We accept G Pay, Klarna, and card payments. Available methods may vary depending on your country.

Other countries: SEK 199
We currently sell to customers in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. Orders from other countries cannot be processed via the online store.
For B2B, RAM Nordic AB is the official distributor of RAM® Mounts in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.
How long is the warranty period?
All mechanical components from RAM® Mounts are covered by a lifetime warranty. Products containing electronic components carry a warranty of 1–3 years.
Defective parts are replaced after an approved claim. Replacement with alternative products or upgrades is not possible.
A delivery note is included with your shipment and serves as your warranty certificate.
The warranty applies only to RAM® Mounts products, not to the mounted device or the mounting location. Always follow the device manufacturer’s recommendations. (Apple EN / Apple SE)

Can I return an item?
You have the right to return undamaged items within 14 days in accordance with the right of withdrawal.
Please note that all packages must be collected from the delivery point before a return can be processed. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Price errors
In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to government actions, new legislation, labor disputes, blockades, fire, flood, sabotage, accidents, or natural disasters.
This also includes market disruptions or regulatory changes affecting products, such as restrictions, warnings, or sales bans.
Disputes
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in accordance with Swedish law.
