Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal.
Approved refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
The product may be inspected in the same way as would be possible in a physical store. Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product may be deducted from the refund.
